Quarantine Lesson 3

Never be afraid or ashamed

to share emotions

feelings of sadness

loneliness

being afraid

or feeling overwhelmed

chances are

someone is feeling exactly

the same way.

I know, because I did exactly that

tonight.

I was crying.

Missing my Love

feeling alone.

So many wonderful friends

reached out.

I love you all…

My tribe.

We all deserve the leeway to experience our rough patches, feel our sorrows earnestly, give ourselves permission to feel what we feel…..but know you are not alone, you are loved and the hearts, thoughts and prayers of friends near, far and virtual, are with you, buoys of life to bear you up.

  2. Praying for you Lisa! You are human! It’s when we can’t feel emotion that we have to worry about. It’s good to remember your love, even through tears. You are never never alone-you have this great community, and we love you bunches! 😘
