Plan ahead for developments that could seriously impact you, and then decide how you’d deal with them.

The Unused Path: Skills for living an authentic life

We did a thing

oh yes we did!

We added a new member to the family

at least it seems that way.

For the last two weeks Bill and I have been watching videos, learning, and planning.

Since the previously unnamed newest family member was ordered, Bill has been

making space for it

shopping for it

learning about it

and talking about it incessantly…

When SHE (yes, it’s a she)

arrived via FedEx on Tuesday

Bill tenderly unpacked her

mover her downstairs to her new home

and set everything up per the directions.

Bill and his new baby

She passed her inaugural bread run with flying colors

with Bill watching her like a hawk

until 1:30am when it was finished!

But she still didn’t have a name…

Until today-

She has a name!

Tomorrow Ground Control will start the process of freeze drying five rotisserie chickens from Costco

Chicken!

They were deboned, shredded and the meat is safe on the trays in the freezer cooling down and waiting to go in

On the stove are the bones and assorted herbs and veggies

for some scrumptious bone broth – next to be freeze dried.

We have a lot of plans for Ground Control

She will be busy

and so will we!

XO Lisa ❤️
