Acceptance

“There is nothing more graceful and powerful than the ability to respond to life (in all situations) with love and acceptance.”
― debbie lynn – 360 degrees full circle
I am truly working on this concept
knowing that people come into one’s life and sometimes disappear with no explanation
and accepting that reality
without question.
“It is better to accept the bitter reality than to believe a sweet lie.”
― Luffina Lourduraj
Silencing the voices in my head that ask, “What did I do?”
when the answer is truly that people respond to others based on their own reality
or perhaps I am being saved from impending disaster.
“You must accept to move forward.”
― Grace Grossmann, Spring 2020: The Season Of Self-Discovery: Time to find freedom, hope and happiness
Acceptance does not mean forgetting
or a gold-plated invitation to return at will.
“Accept God’s best for your life.”
― Lailah Gifty Akita, Pearls of Wisdom: Great mind
G-d’s best for my life is always welcome.
Because I have accepted
that life is too short to
wait,
agonize,
wonder,
play games,
suffer,
or be
angry,
hurt,
or unkind.
Just accept reality for what it is
and move on.
“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.”
― Lao Tzu
