“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? what could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.“
— Eckhart Tolle
Today I am grateful for mindfulness.
Larry practiced mindfulness. He was able to achieve great feats with his mind. He could travel beyond time and space – rise above his own consciousness.
I witnessed the phenomenon — and always wanted to be able to achieve it. I did the other day during the meditation when I want back to my childhood room described in Musings Meditation and Childhood. I was thinking about how cool it was to go back this morning when this happened:
I play this ‘game’ on YouTube “First Video up Message From Larry”. Sometimes the videos are funny (go figure), sometimes poignant songs, but today’s video blew my mind wide open…
Around 10:11 in the video Mr. Tolle explains the phenomenon of rising above consciousness.

PS- I know all about algorithms… but if you tell me that a phone can read my thoughts, I’ll call bullshit.
