new life

Like There’s No Tomorrow

Like there’s no tomorrow: “as much or as fast as possible, without planning or thinking first.”

Cambridge Dictionary

Life is fleeting

short for some

long for others

days are numbered

and no one knows

the last.

So why not live

out our days

with abandon

in happiness

with laughter

Instead of

tears?

In peace

instead of

turmoil?

Practicing kindness

instead of

discord?

Why worry

about the wrinkles

gray hair or

20 extra pounds?

Trying (and failing)

to be perfect.

Not saying exactly

what we want

and need?

Being afraid?

What matters is

more than what is

seen by the eyes.

The things that matter

most

are seen with the heart:

Love

Kindness

Friendships

Ethics

Passion

Enthusiasm

Caring

Radiance

Strength

Empathy

Caring

Therefore,

live today

every day

like there’s no tomorrow

as though every new day

Is the last day

because someday

it will be…

Live Today! Do not allow your spirit to be softened of your happiness to be limited by a day you cannot have back or a day that does not yet exist.
