306 Look Up II

I question everything…

My.

Entire.

Life.

I’ve been down countless rabbit holes

followed the yellow bricks trying to return home

taken the roads less traveled

researched everything

and been a nonconformist.

Nearly every time I read some piece of current “news” my brain says

“I’ve read about that before.”

¹² For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Just the thought of 2024 being the year

when it all comes together

makes me giddy with anticipation.

I’ve been waiting for 51 years

since my grandmother told me that

I would be alive to see Jesus return.

¹⁶ For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. ¹⁷ Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 NKJV

Every bit of history I have witnessed in the years since

has been viewed through that prophetic lens

Now as never before many signs point

to the fulfillment of biblical prophecy.

I would like to wish you all a happy new year

and I hope to see you all this time next year.

But if this world ends and I don’t

it’s been a marvelous ride!

Let’s be grateful for every moment!
