Rona Musings Staying at Home Sucks

Warning: this may not be PC or popular. Haters, move on. Don’t care.

Rona sucks.

Isolation sucks.

I am tired of people saying “We’re all in this together,” we are? Really? Seriously? I looked. The only person who is here is me. Together? With whom? Yes, I am whining- get over it.

Do not ever complain to me about being tired of ‘isolation at home’ if you live with people. Don’t care whether you like them every moment of every day or not. They are warm and alive. Be thankful they are not dead. Show some gratitude for a change.

True isolation, the kind when one is really alone SUCKS.

If you don’t know that feeling, I hope you never have to find out.

As for the politicians, you can all go straight to hell. Go ahead and make up your slogans and campaigns. Say some must wear masks, but not everyone has to. Shout “we’re all in this together“ to motivate those whose lives you are slowly turning to shit. Act like you care. Good show. I’m not buying it. Why don’t you just stop manufacturing numbers and tell the truth?

As you might have guessed, I am tired of this.

Tired of fake people.

Tired of alone.

Tired of bureaucracy.

Tired

Just tired

  2. Lisa, your words share the frustration many of us feel. Life sometimes resembles a mundane circle, and I keep passing the same road sign in my mind . . . “Detour Ahead.”
