Gratitude 149 Mindfulness

In the days to come it will be important to practice mindfulness…

to use our ability to discern

evil from good

real from counterfit

truth from lies.

Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.

Psalm 119:66

Mindfulness, to me, is staying centered.

Centered in

my faith in G-d

since childhood

And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Matthew 17:20

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Revelation 22:13

G-d’s truths are

my truths

G-d is in control

good will ultimately win

everything happens for a reason

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Romans 8:28

Because I am mindfully centered

on the G-d of the Universe

with faith strong

I am not afraid

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Regardless of what happens

in the coming days, weeks, months, and years.

G-d is is steadfast and forever

I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and stedfast for ever, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even unto the end.

Daniel 6:26

If you do not know G-d,

have not accepted Jesus Christ as the Son of G-d and your Saviour

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me

Revelation 3:20

please consider praying the prayer of salvation today:

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Romans 10:9-10

Tomorrow may be too late…

Finally, I do not worry about the future:

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

… The Lord is at hand.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.

Philippians 4: 4-8

  1. While many cry “revolution!”, our cry must be “Revival!”. Never before has it seemed more important for us to pray for our enemies either. Only G-d can truly change a heart, renew a mind.
